SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders will be dispatched within three business days once you have made the order. During peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our company is based in the United States, but we also have many warehouses around the world. All delivery times will depend on your shipping address and our availability.

We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping address provided or packages lost after delivery. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and extremely high order volume, our couriers may experience delays in shipping and updating of information. Kindly allow additional 1 week for your order to be delivered after it has been processed. Please be assured that we will monitor all orders until it reaches you smoothly. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your parcel tracking information. If you do not receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) within 6 business days from the day you have completed your payment, please contact us for more information.
